Original Pork & Poultry Ingredients:

Sugar, Salt, Paprika, Chili Pepper, Brown Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Smoke Flavor (Solution of partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil and Natural Wood Smoke Flavor), Dry Garlic, and Soybean Oil.

Original Pork & Poultry Directions:

Lightly coat with olive oil or mustard then generously sprinkle Original Pork & Poultry Seasoning on all sides of meat before cooking.

Pork Chops: Grill till juices run clear, 160 degrees.

Pork Ribs: Cook at 225 degrees for 3-4 hours.

Boston Butt: Cook at 225 degrees for 8-10 hours.

Poultry: cook till juices run clear or breast is 170 degrees or dark meat is 180 degrees.
