what service. I received my order Saturday and truly wasn't
expecting it before the 4th. You really came through for

Your wood chips are the
best I've ever tried. I tried the smoke box with your
chips on a gas grill and produced more smoke flavor
in 30 minutes than I did with other chips and an electric
smoker on 8 hours.
I
will definitely buy all the smoking wood products I
need from you.

I purchased 5 of your
wood chips based on the fact, that you said they would
work in a Burton Stove Top Smoker. Well, they
exceeded my expectations. The stuff (sawdust)
that came with it was okay, but your wood chips have
been fantastic. I've tossed the stuff that came
with it. I've done: ribs - hickory, catfish
- apple, and chicken breasts - cherry and can't wait
to try many other combinations. Thank you for
an excellent product.

Hello Jerry.
I placed an order
last Wednesday (3/24/04) and received the product
yesterday (3/30/04). I ordered 4-2 lb. bags of various
wood and am thoroughly pleased with what I received.
I have had a very had time finding chips small enough
to please me. I do much of my smoking on a gas grill.
Chunks and planks don't burn properly on that grill.
The chips I buy locally are about twice the size
I received from yall and produce a fair amount of
smoke. The chips I got from yall produce a LOT of
smoke and still burn for about 45 minutes per pan
(with the pans I use). Every time I lifted the grill
top to check on the meat my eyes would immediately
start watering from all the smoke. Normally I don't
like eye pain but in this case it is acceptable.
And to make the whole buying experience better,
yall wrote a message by hand on my receipt. A personal
touch like that goes a long way in the south. I
am recomending you to my friends and family and
look forward to doing business with you in the future.
