We process the woods ourselves and use them in BBQ competitions so you know that we know what we are doing. Anyone can sell you woods products; we actually use ours to in Grilling, Smoking, and Barbecue of beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

We travel to KCBS sanctioned events to learn and practice our skills and meet all the Great people who love to BBQ in Minnesota and beyond.

We also offer smoking products from our friends to allow you to see what is possible when you use the highest quality products and to allow you to use different techniques. All are available at a reasonable cost, to allow you to experiment, practice and develop your BBQ abilities techniques.
